Every project is unique. Some clients know exactly what they want, others are looking for some professional guidance. We take the time to understand your business and your customer base in order to design and build a website that meets your specific needs. This is a collaborative process (you’ll hear us use that word a lot). We will advise you on the latest trends and web technologies, but we won’t force something on you that you don’t want or don’t need. It’s your site. Not ours. Together we will create a comprehensive plan and site map that meets your immediate needs but is also scalable to accommodate your long-term goals.
The design of your website often defines the first impression people will form about your business, and we don’t take that lightly. Our creative team excels at delivering custom designs that reflect our clients’ business goals and values. We will take everything we’ve learned in the Discover phase and use it to create initial wireframes and design layouts for your review. We’ll work with you to fine tune and massage the design to the exact look and feel you seek before moving to the Development phase.
Great design will get you nowhere without solid, well-written code behind the scenes. We use industry best practices and are constantly exploring emerging trends and technologies to ensure your site functions properly and efficiently. We will build your website to give YOU control. Again, it’s YOUR website. You should be able to update content without the help of a programmer or HTML book (and we’ll be here to help if you need us). You will have access to our development environment to review and test your site as it’s coming together. We test across multiple browsers and platforms and will not move your website live until you are completely satisfied with how it looks and functions.
It’s launch day! Now what? Do you need us to host your website? No problem. Already have a hosting partner? That’s fine too. We will work with them to ensure a seamless launch of your new site. Our commitment doesn’t end here. We are firm believers in building partnerships with our clients. We will make sure you are trained to update your site content, and we will be here to help you as your business needs evolve.
